At The Hair Club, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before shipping any orders out.
If you have any problems with your order such as a manufacturing fault (any breakages or leakages) please contact us either via DM or email - info@thehairclub.shop and we will review your claim.
In the case of this happening, please send in your claim within 72 hours of receiving your order. If submitted any later, we are unable to assist with the situation.
If your claim is approved, please be aware we are only able to offer a replacement.
