Shipping policy
The Hair Club ship all orders with tracked delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. Please note, this excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays.
Courier delays are out of our control and may affect your orders arrival time over peak periods.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered. Once the order has been confirmed, we are unable to change the order details, including where the order will be shipped.
If the situation occurs that you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for that order. If the item is still wanted, a new order will have to be placed.
For all international orders, please be aware The Hair Club is not responsible for any custom fees that may occur once the order has been sent.
